T01 Acupuncture Fine, sterile needles are used at selected acupuncture points to support Qi flow, pain care, stress, sleep, digestive concerns, menstrual health and fertility support. T02 Chinese herbal medicine Herbal care may use granules, decoctions or patent herbs, with formulas selected around constitution, presenting concerns, pulse and tongue observation. T03 Cupping Cupping uses suction with cups to support circulation, muscle relaxation and selected pain, skin, fatigue or respiratory concerns. T04 Moxibustion Moxibustion uses dried mugwort warmth near acupuncture points and may be used for cold or damp patterns, joint pain, digestion, menstrual cramps, fatigue and fertility concerns.
